Membership
BEACT’s main aims include:
- Provide support for curriculum development and support for teachers in Law, Economics, Accounting and Business, including IT curriculum whenever possible
- Provide resource and IT development and support for teachers
- Provision of PL opportunities, networking opportunities
- Actively nurture, support and promote Business Education in the ACT
- Represent teachers of these curriculum areas in various forums to reflect needs
- Publish and distribute material of educational interest to teachers in these 4 main areas
- Play and active role in the activities and agendas which have national significance to Business Educators
